New construction residential building of 40 units, features shared tenant spaces such as training and wellness areas and a rooftop deck. Designed to create a calming, inviting building for families to call home. The units are intended for survivors of domestic violence, helping promote the mission that every survivor deserves dignity, compassion, and a safe place to call home. 

 

The building will meet Energy Star Multi-Family New Construction requirements and is planned to be LEED Gold certified.

House of Ruth is a nonprofit organization commited to preventing domestic violence and ensuring the safety and well being of those impacted. It has been a honor to work with them on this project.
