Stoiber + Associates partnered with development firm, Madison Investments for the renovation of this Glover Park fourplex. Architectural services included programming and feasibility studies, spacial planning, and the development of the unit layouts.
Each of these four units has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, in unit washer/dryers, and a designer kitchen. The original unfinished crawlspace was excavated to add a half-story of finished living space and basement-level walk-out stone terraces. Upper-level units take advantage of generous rear decks to capture the views from the sloping, wooded site.
The Madison Investments team managed the build out and provided the design specifications for this collaborative effort.
