The renovation of the this 2-story, 6,000 sf church building included modification of the interior church space to accommodate multiple community outreach programs, classrooms, offices, a gamreoom and a fellowship hall. Exterior work included a new accessible ramp.

Little Lights provides long-term services for under-resourced communities in Washington DC. They provide programs for children, youth and adults. The Jubilee Center was designed to accommodate youth programs including afterschool tutoring and homework club.
