With the launch of its new Career and Technical Education (CTE) Cosmetology pathway, IDEA PCS needed a dedicated learning environment where students could develop industry skills through hands-on training and real-world career education.

This newly designed salon combines a professional-grade layout with state-of-the-art equipment, creating an authentic learning experience that mirrors today’s cosmetology industry. Thoughtfully planned to support both instruction and student practice, the space promotes efficient workflow, collaboration, and skill development. Future plans include expanding the program by opening the salon to community clients, providing students with valuable real-world experience while serving the local community.
