Phased renovation of a 14,000 sf supportive housing building including renovation of their existing commercial kitchen, the creation of a new common space with common kitchen for the tenants and updates to the the residential units. 

Miriam's house offers permanent supportive housing for elderly women and women living with HIV.  N Street Village is their flagship location.
