The latest renovation of EagleBank’s K St branch included build-out of 9,000 square feet of expansion space previously occupied by a law firm. The old enclosed offices and narrow corridors were abandoned for a more cohesive open concept layout, with private offices and meeting rooms situated around a central space with individual workstations. Satin metal hardware and trim, linear pattern finishes, and frameless glass officefront complete the bold, yet lightweight aesthetic.
